A good surprise that I have found in Interlaken, in june 2023, great white ipa as good as the Americans ipa, subtle, rich aroma of malt, oat, so fruity, tropical note, lychee, mango, so bitter, a bit syrupy, a note of hope in ours slaveries lifes, 22.08.24, at home, Epalinges.

hazy pale yellow colour, medium sized dense and long lasting snow-white head; aroma of orange, orange peel oils, pineapple, mango and slight celery notes; well balanced bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; good one

Shortlived white head over hazy yellow beer. Nice exotic fruit nose with passion fruit, asafoetida, melon, citrus, pineapple, nectarine, etc etc. Bitter, dry, chalk-ish, lupulin, citruspeel, passion fruit. Floral too. Rather medium bodied; medium to well-carbonated. Faint dry-out effect. Excellent NEIPA! Thanks to Joren for bringing!

Optisch nahe an Milch. Sehr fruchtiges, rundes, harmonisches NEIPA, Hopfenbitterkeit eher dezent, die vollmundigen Zitrusnoten überwiegen. Sehr geil.
