Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma dalla buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è medio. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di facile beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, fieno bagnato, frutta secca, pane cotto di recente, erbaceo e agrumi.

tasted as Felsenau Schümli alkoholfrei; clear golden colour, moderate sized dense snow-white nead; aroma of malty-corny, some herbal hoppy and metallic notes; taste is quite hoppy-metallic bittery with some bread crust; quite ok considering that it is a NA beer

Light gold colour, good head, medium carbonation. Aroma is grassy. Flavour is watery.

Appearance: Pale yellow golden. Clear. Good amount of white head. Aroma: Cereal. Slight honey. Taste: Quite sweet. Slightly grainy. Some hops. Not bad for a non-alcohol beer. Info: 330ml bottle, 7/5-2010
