Hazy medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity, light bread - cookie, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, light flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, flowers, fruity, citrus, pale malt, malty, bread - cookie (in the german way), fruity hops. Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a bubbly white head. The aroma is sweet citrusy combined with a light yeast note. The flavor is sweet mlaty with strong notes of citrus and lemon, but also with a spicy note, leading to a dry wheaty and lemony finish. Very refreshing, though over carbonated.

(On tap) An almost clear, pale golden beer with a fairly nice, retentive, rich, white head. Typical Apollo aroma - whatever that means... Medium-bodied, lightly sweet and rather fresh and fruity. I believe I can detect some pear accents? Very subdued in its bitterness which really suits the beer well, and really would suit the raw Apollo beers in general. Not a bad try on a summer quencher. 090807

250ml draught at the brewpub in Copenhagen. Thin, but lasting white head over a pale golden body. Firm lacing on the glass. Discreet fruity aroma. Fresh summer taste with flashes of sweet fruits. Easy going brew and very refeshing, indeed (02.08.2007).

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Slight flovery, dusty and earthy aroma: much like a jar of honey. Quite sweet honey heavy flavour, nice medium bodied for a summerbrew. Nice honey sweet finish without getting cloying.
