On tap at the brewery, half pint. It pours a slightly hazy and pale, golden color. A nice, lasting, creamy, one-finger head. Lacings. Citrusy nose, lemon and grapefruit, with other fruits as well. Malty background, and the typical OMB house character. Fruity flavor with citrus. A bit sweet initially, malty sweetness. Medium body with fine carbonation. Fine bitterness in the dry finish. I see other raters have butchered the beer. I was told by the brewer that they had some line issues, and that I got a new batch. Such problems shouldn’t happen, but I’m glad it was fixed, this one was actually both flavorful and refreshing. (090313)

Half pint (4.2% abv) that took a long time to pour, perhaps indicating a well crafted brew. It was served with a nice, white eggshell head on top of an amber body with a slight haze, and that left spotty laceworks behind. Modest floral aroma with notes of late fruity tartness. Nice fruity hops in flavour with a good bitter support. A bit thin texture, but it gave me the right kind of UK-bitter feeling (draught at the brewpub in Oslo, 15.03.2009).
