Draught@CPH BF 2013. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a minor head. Aroma is spices, herbs, some mild yeast and earth. Flavour is yeasty, mild fruits, spruce, some spices as well as some mild sweet malts. A bit of a mess, but at the same time this is one nice beer, considering it’s very Fantomelike, atleast the times when Fantome decide to experiment a bit. This beer hides the alcohol rather well.

Draft. An unclear dark golden beer with a thin orangey head. The aroma has notes of caramel combined with a light note of hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and wet hay, leading to a dry and bitter finish.

Tap, 100ml, Ølfestival 2012. Cloudy amber coloured body. Spiced fruity nose. Wheat and yeasty fruitiness in flavour added by alcohol sweetness. Touch of bitterness to the finish. Possible to drink, but far from impressive (Copenhagen, 10.05.2012).

On tap. Pours a cloudy opaque orange with a small off-white head. Yeasty, fruity nose. Medium body, very dry fruitiness, quite some yeast accents and a dry and bitter finish. Better than Cous but still no real joy. 100512
