A tougher IPA with complex bitterness and loads of aroma. Brewed with Maris Otter Malt as a base, but there is rye and wheat in it as well. Bitter hops are Chinook, Nugget and Simcoe. For aroma Chinook, Crystal and Palisade.

100ml taster, draught at the brewpub. Amber coloured body. Excellent lacing from a stable white head. Fresh fruit hoppy nose. Citrus, orange, grapefruit, and lemon, to the taste buds with bready malts beneath. Long-lived, well rounded, fruity bitterness to the ending. Fine bodied. Lovely, super refreshing ipa (Trondheim 30.10.2014).

Nice clear nutty color with a fine off white head. Nice lacing. Looks really inviting. Good aroma with tropical fruit, rye and grapefruit hopps. Medium + body. Nice balance between sweetness and bitterness. Very fresh. Average to soft carbonation. Rye, apple, fruity, hoppy and some alcohol in the flavor. Probably the best one I have had at this Brewery.
