0.33l bottle from the brewpub.
pours an opaque orange with a dense steady white head and a nice lacing. aroma of fruity esters, spices, ammonia. flavour of grains, grass, herbs, flowers. dry yeasty finish. not so bad overall but ammonia/cat urine smell is a bit weird. update: the second bottle is ok, so it must have been a flaw.

On tap the at the brewpub. 21/07/2015 two days after the Etape du Tour. Golden / orange coloured pour with a creamy frothy head. Aroma is grainy honey, citronella, custard. Flavour is semi sweet rrains, caramel, honey, cardboard, grainy and tangy. Simple blonde beer. Palate is medium / light body, semi sweet, moderate carbonation. Some fruity esters linger. Meh.

Draught, 300ml as Classic Blonde at the brewpub. Next to clear pale golden body. Tiny white head. Vague citrus hints on the nose with herbs and pale malts. Bread, grass, and lemony hoppy flavours. Nice and mild bitterness to the ending. A little floury on the swallow. Refreshing (Strasbourg, 26.07.2014).

Small white head. Hazy yellow body. Light floral mealy aroma with notes of oranges. Dry-sweet citric fruity oranges taste with mealy floral notes. Light body. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dry dusty grassy floral aftertaste with citric notes. Long lingering grassy chalky aftertaste. Nice, drinkable, and full of character. (0.25l draft at the brewpub.)

bottle from Village de la Bière Strasbourg. Cloudy golden yellow colour, large white head. Dusty-hoppy nose with hints of fruit. Medium-bodied, light-feeling fruity beer with a nice malty background and hints of mango and lemon. Not too complex, an easy-going yeasty and fruity ale with low carbonation.
