Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dall'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con qualche bollicina grande. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è medio. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, pane, cracker, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

Draught @ Hantwerk. Pours dark golden with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, light sourness, lots of wood, light tart fruit, berries. Flavor is light sweet, light sour, malt, yeast, wood, fruit, berries. Medium body, average to lively carbonation, sweet and light acidic finish. 250817

Hazy deep red color with a tan head. Dotted lacing. Nice aroma with a fine intensity. Medium body and fine smooth carbonation level. Felt actually a bit light. Pleasant balance between sweetness and sourness. Not that complex. Mostly some berries in the flavor.

Draught at Il Locale. Clear amber coloured body, dotted spots on the glass, filmy layer. Aroma of dry berry skins. Berry and lemony tartness to the taste buds with hints of earthy malts. Dry and mid tart endnotes. Refreshing (Copenhagen 10.05.2017).
