Bottle. A lightly hazy dark golden colored beer with a dense fingerthick off-white head. Caramel malts, bread and nuts in the aroma. It’s medium bodied, smooth and semi-dry, with a pleasant carbonation level. Caramel, bread and nuts in the flavor, lasting for a good while. A decent beer indeed, but not much interesting going on. 170107

Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, grass and floral. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long caramel, grass and floral finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Huge offwhite head. Clear deep still chestnut brown body. Toasty fruity sugary aroma is kind of weak. Dryish toasty fruity taste. Mid-bodied. Strange, strange mouthfeel. Dryish spicy fruity aftertaste with buttery notes. Strange. Not bad, but really strange. And I’m not sure why. (0.5l bottle, not sure where from. Batch #046.)

Soft gusher. Big fizzy shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly harsh floral, weeds, minerals, dried grain, grass, bark, wet hay, old leafs, paper. Taste is dry mineraly, weeds, dried grain, bloodlike minerals, soil, bark, sour grass, metal tank, paper, soap. Medium bitterness, harsh metallic mouthfeel. Crap!

Flaske fra polets nettbutikk, hjemme: brunlig rav med tett beige skum som varer. Et maltdrevet øl med forholdsvis beskjeden humleprofil, noe røde bær, litt urter og noen jordaktige toner. Halvtørr avlsutning. Uspennende, dette forblir et engangskjøp.
