200ml draught at Apollon Platebar. Pinkish layer, deep dark red in body colour, spotty lacing. Berry skins on the nose, cherry hints. Cherry and yeasty fruitiness to the taste character. Hints of dark spices towards a mid-sweet ending. Medium bodied. Nice, just a bit heavy to drink. (Bergen 03.10.2017).

28.09.2017, tap @ Apollon:
Nice light pink fizzy-creamy longlasting head, nice deep ruby color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, loads of juicy cherries, wet grass, yeast, fruit stones, hay, oak, berry skin, winegum, minerals, mild vinegar, hints of butterscotch. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, minerals, dry sour cherries, grass, yeast, berry skin, oak, mild vinegar, hay, fruit stones, winegum, hints of butterscotch. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mouthfeel. Nice. Might become pretty nice with some aging due to the winegum / butterscotch part...
