Cask at Bird in Hand, Stafford (not listed on RateBeer). This one was served much too cold , so may require a rerate – but here goes. Pours a yellow gold colour with a small white head. Citrus in the nose and the mouth has oranges, grass cuttings and some hops, leading to a dry finish. ~pleasant enough – but not a “red ale”, more a standard bitter.
