This farmhouse ale was built with a simple grist of pilsner malt and wheat and then fermented with our favorite Belgian focused yeast strain. We then dry hopped heavily with solely Citra Hops. The result is a balanced and approachable low gravity beer with notes of lemon rind and white pepper. Crush, Sleep, Repeat.

Nice bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, leafs, weeds, yeast, hay, flowers, minerals, sour grass, pine needles, fruit stones, citrus peel, light malts, dusty hops. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, weeds, yeast, minerals, bark, hay, flowers, paper, sour grass, fruit stones, wash cloth, harsh hops, pine needles, harsh citrus peel. Longlasting harsh bitterness, dry floral mouthfeel. Not my cup of coffee.
