Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, old hay, minerals, old rotten lawn, bark, paper, soil, yeast, flowers, light malts. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, hay, minerals, bark, flowers, old lawn, paper, metal tank, fruit stones, light malts, soil, yeast, old leafs. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh floral mouthfeel. Meh!

Draught, from a sample tray at Nedre Foss Gård. Steady chalk white head blanketing the glass, misty golden body. Grain and saison fruity nose. Farmyard and dried fruity flavours. Ends smooth with a saison fruity touch. Fine depth. Quite alright. (Oslo 06.10.2018).
