Pours hazy yellow with a thick white head. Aroma of Valencia orange, some yeast, some coriander. Taste has some more Valencia orange, bright citrus notes, more hefeweizen typical elements, mild nutmeg. Palate has more citrus, nutmeg. Pretty good.

Bottle from Restaurant Smak Ukrainski in Cracov. Piana srednia i srednio trwala, jasna barwa ale metna, dobre kolendrowe piwo, dosc dobre, wyraziste z nuta kwaskowa cytrynowa, przyprawowa. Tresciwe, z kilkanascie pie w tym stylu moze sie schowac. Solidna jakosc

500ml green bottle thanks to djoeye for sharing. Pale yellow body with a haze of wheat, chalk white head leaving spotty lacing on the glass. Faint smell of malted wheat, hints of fruits. Perfumed spiced and wheat fruity flavours. Distant ending notes of ripe citrus. So and so. (Pivoteka H7, Tromsø 22.07.2019).

EInes der beliebtesten Lizenz-Biere der Ukraine ist das Hoegaaden WItbier, das geschmacklich eigentlich dem Original entspricht. Da liegt es nahe, dass eine einheimische Brauerei ein ähnliches Produkt zu einem billigeren Preis auf den Arkt zu werfen. Das ist auch ganz gut gelungen. Das Mykulyn Blanche ist ein gutes Witbier mit allerlei Gewürzaromen und einem frischen Abgang. Sicher weitaus schwerer zu bekommen als das Lizenzprodukt, aber ein solides Bier.
