Third, beer flight, cask ale at the brewhouse. Upper part lacing, patchy surface, misty warm golden body. Moderate aromas of bread-like malts and herbal hops. Mixed taste profile of grain, pears and ripe citrus. Ends dry with distant bitterness. Satisfying. (Cambridge 09.07.2019).

Cask at the brewery. Clear amber color, short creamy head. Orange smell upfront, flavor is soft pale malts, hints of caramel, spices and balsamic herbs. Light juicy notes of fresh fruit, apple, orange. Subtle bitterness, soft carbonation. Taste is quite sweet, hops is not overpowering here. Smooth Rio medium dry finish.
