A Tafelbier, a light and low ABV Table Beer designed specifically to go well with food. Edshef is a gently-malted beer of 18th Century tradition, low enough in alcohol to allow you to have a couple, yet with subtle citrus, herb, pine and spice from the Chinook, Citra and Simcoe respectively, flavourful enough to either enjoy by itself as a session pale ale, or equally importantly, accompany a wonderful bit of grub.

Third, keg at Pint Shop in Cambridge. Spotty lacing from misty straw coloured body. Small sized, white head. Restrained smell of herbal hops with a citric touch. Moderate lemony flavours. Short ending with moments of citrus peels. Easy going, but well made for the low abv. (09.07.2019).

Keg at the Pint Shop, Bingoham, Cotts Convention V day, 08/06/19. Clear golden with a decent white cap. Nose is grassy, pine, light floral notes, citric pith. Taste comprises toasted grains, tangerine, grass, lemon tinged straw, airy malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with moderate hop bitterness. Decent enough sessioner given the meagre ABV.
