A Pale Ale brewed with an abundant amount of 2 row and red wheat with the addition of specialty malt for a beautiful golden hue. Fist City® has hints of citrus and grapefruit notes with a solid malt backbone to smooth the light bite of hops. This Chicago Pale Ale is meant to be a supremely drinkable brew for those who love hops. Magnificent California hop aromas play in perfect harmony with this beer’s extremely satisfying finish.

12oz can. Filtered copper-orange body. Quite balanced, sort of a classical West Coast IPA. The hops add a pleasant bitterness. but aren't really that pronounced. Solid session pale.

Draft pour at Savor: An American Craft Beer & Food Experience 2017. Poured a golden yellow color with an off-white head. Aroma was juicy, citrus notes. Nice floral character. Flavor was light dusty citrus, fruit. Tasty.

Pour is a hazy straw with a large white head. Aroma is grapefruit hops aplenty. Flavor is honeydew hops with a large sweetness and a big bitterness. Kind of a mellow but bitter pale ale.

Pretty happy, bitter beer, yet at the same time fairly smooth and easy drinking. Bit resiny.
