This traditional continental farmhouse style retains its full malty taste and yeast derived flavours but receives a facelift in the form of Hallertau Blanc hops. This non-traditional German hop choice lends hints of cassis, elderflower, grapes, and lemongrass that meld perfectly with the spice notes from the yeast to create a wonderfully seductive saison.

Third, on keg at Terminus Tap Room. 72 IBU. Unclear golden body, crocheted lacing from a small sized white head. Slightly spice saison fruity smell. Mixed taste profile of apricot, almond, and spices. Long-lived finish of spiced saison fruits. Well bodied. Satisfying. (Meanwood, Leeds 03.07.2019).
