Bottle at home. Has a reddish brown colour with a beige head. Aroma of nuts, bread crust, fudge, rye bread and tobacco. Flavour of leather, bread crust, some fudge, nuts and some grass in the end. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. A bit careful bit is malty and decent.

0,33l bottle from Copenhagen airport. Bbe 17.11.2023. Clear red brown beer with small head. Aroma has malts, light caramel and hints of coffee. Flavor has malts, caramel, bread. Slightly bitter and dry. Light to medium body, bit boring with nothing special, but clean and ok.

330ml bottle kindly shared by lmojoh. Steady beige head to a misty amber coloured body. Spotty lacing. Brown malty nose, earthy, inviting. Balanced taste profile of caramel, nuts, earth and biscuit. Rounded roasted malt-driven end. Pretty nice. (Rating session with djoeye and lmojoh, Pivoteka H7, Tromsø 03.06.2019).

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, amber with an off-white head. Vague, nutty, roasty nose. Medium body, some caramel sweetness and again nuts and subdued roast. Not very hoppy. Peasant and smooth, but a somewhat defensive take on the style. 210319
