Ok bayer. Not to sweet although the unusual alcohol lvele.

Klar koparfarga, kvitt skum. Aroma av brød, malt og sitrus. Maltdreven og smakfull, karamell og sitrus.

Ultramørk rødbrun. Mokkafarget filmskum. Spotlacing. Karamellaroma. Myk munnfølelse. Smaken søt. Malt & karamell. Grei - men i søtligste laget.

400ml draught as Bayer 02, 7.9 % abv, at the brewhouse. Clear rosewood coloured body with a deep rustic shade. Filmy layer, spotty lacing. Restrained smell of slightly roasted malts, hints of bread, mid-sweet. Smooth taste of bread, toffee and a distant backdrop of marmalade. Roasted, mid-sweet finish. Well bodied. Pleasing taste. On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy reddish brown colour with a beige head. Lots of malt in the aroma with nuts, oak, grass and raisins. The flavour is similar with nuts, leather with a little dry ending. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light to medium bitterness. Malty, nice but a has little strange bitterness.
