Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, weeds, leafs, yeast, sawdust, paper, minerals, lawn, soap, pine needles, juniper, bark, flowers, hay. Longlasting harsh bitterness, dry floral mouthfeel. Fair enough.

0,33 boks fra Gulating Stavanger, hjemme: uklar korngylden med fint skum som varer. Pikant og elegant aroma og smak med citrus, honning, krydder og sødme fra Vossakveiken. Til vanlig finner jeg blond/golden-stilen nokså intetsigende, men her har jeg endelig truffet en blondine med sjarme og personlighet!

Not really golden this one. Unclear brown ish color with a fine head. Good lacing. Pleasant intensity in the aroma. Fine body and a mellow carbonation level. Pleasant and easy to drink. Lasting fine tail. Citric, yeast (kveik) and fruity flavor. Balanced sweetness and acidity.
