Aroma; gjær, hvetemalt, svakt koriander og karamell, kløverblomst.

Frisk, lett fruktig/urtete. Middels varig ettersmak.

--Keg at Kveik, Trysil. -- Clear pale golden, mid sized head. Generous aroma of coriander. Dry with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. White bread, coriander and grass. Low bitterness.

Bottle. An unclear greyish golden colored beer with a small offwhite head. Banana, caramel and a touch of cloves, orange and acetone. It's medium bodied, quite soft on the palate, semi-sweet, with banana and caramel. Long finish. Not my favorite weissbier this one. 200718

330ml bottle bought at Gulating Ølutsalg, Tromsdalen. Firm, chalk white head leaving clingy lacing on the glass. Golden body with a haze of wheat. Moderate wheat fruity nose, spices to it. Spiced oily fruity flavours, distant notes of banana. Prolonged, quite refreshing ending. True to the style, more or less. (Tromsø 07.12.2019).

Fine unclear pale yellow color. The head vanish a bit to fast for a hefe weisse. Moderate intensity in the aroma. Balanced ok mellow sweetness. Fine for a beer like this. Wheat, mild banana, fruity and some yeast in the flavor. A bit to mild version of a hefe weisse. But I think many people will have a lot of this one. Very session able.
