Bottle shared at home. Clear golden with short lasting fizzy white head. Dry apples, apple peel, light earthy leaves, soft minerals. Light sweet and sour with a medium bitter dry finish. Just medium bodied and over medium dry finish. Fairly decent standard brut cider.

Bottle shared at a tasting at Tom L's place. Golden. Apples, wood, a bit of sulphur, a bit tart. Decent, refreshing.

Bottle, quickly diminshinf bubbly fizzy head, clear sark gold color, aroma of apples with something stinky and a hint of spice, flavor of slightly cooked apples, light sweetness, noticable sourness, quite rusty. Nice

Bottle shared at sunny zuiderstrand beach. Bought today at Hema Fahrenheitstraat. Cork jumped out after twisting the iron lock. Golden with no head and some bubbles. Sweet and dry apples. Apple peels. Light nutty, woody tannins. Some mossy, moldy tree bark. Quite sweet and moderate bitter. Under medium body and strong carbonation. Sweet at first and dry in the finish. Sun, beach, cider. It works very well in this setting.

Bottle (from kaubamaja). Pours dark golden with whiteish head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is sweet, baked apples, vanilla. Flavor is sweet and sour, baked apples. Body is watrey and has some sugar. Overall: not bad, but I like my ciders bone dry. If this is brut, I don’t even want to know what the others taste like, this is already too sweet...
