Cooling out on the dock, jamming tunes and popping tops, waiting for da rod to bend. Gist of the grist is mellow at 4.20% ABV, laying down the base to showcase the blazin’ Amarillo hop hash sunset.
The star of the show here is the hops, specifically the hop hash! We kept the malt bill light to allow the hops to shine through.
We does this sucker with a boatload of Amarillo Hop Hash. Pungent with floral, tropical citrus fruit flavors and the hop hash gives it that one of a kind chewy, gooey, resiny mouthfeel. As the chaser, we are giving it a hefty dry hop to enhance the potent aromas. Ahtanum gives it orange and grapefruit tones, Crystal for a little kick of spiciness, and El Dorado bringing some pear and watermelon characteristics.

Can from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with a thick white head. Lively carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of orange and dried grass. Flavour of minerals, grass and cucumber. Thin to medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Soft fizz. Simple and a touch astringent. This is a new brewery for me. I found their first two beers to be similar in flavour profile to hoppy beers I’ve had from Alpine Beer Company.

Can 35,5 cl. Now renamed "Hop Hash Easy IPA". Pours an almost clear yellow with a lacing, white head. Lovely citrusy aroma - so fresh, yumm. Light-bodied but still fruity fresh. Ends dry with a solid hop bite. A well composed Session IPA. 300817

Bottle shared at Chris & Ruth´s House. A almost clear pale golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of fruity hops, melon, yellow fruits. Taste of medium sweet fruity hops, melon, mild bitterness, easy to drink.

Bottle: Very pale yellow-gold with a tall white head. Pineapple, lime aroma. Taste is sweet....mostly lime.....grain malt...a light, citrus peel bittering. A good, solid session.

Bottle. Orange, pineapple, lime, biscuit malt, and orange peel aroma - very nice. Golden yellow with large white head. Moderately sweet lime/orange, light biscuit malt, and moderately bitter orange/grapefruit peel flavor. Okay body. A nice SIPA - smells great but flavor subdued.

This brew is a hazy pale golden color with a thin white head that burns away steadily to a film. Short strings of lace. Grassy hops, fruit and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of tropical fruit, grassy hops and malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Drinkable and decent overall.
