Bottle. A super-gusher producing an enormous fluffy dark beige head. More or less black body. The aroma is roasted and lightly burnt, with toffee, some bonfire hints and dark chocolate. It's full to medium bodied, rather fizzy, semi-dry and with some roasted kind of bitterness. Dark chocolate, coffee hints, roasted malts and cocoa, with some lactose sweetness. Lasting finish. Not very balanced this one, perhaps it was better when fresh. 210715

330ml bottle, batch nr. 134, many thanks to Dag Erik for bringing me a bottle from Vinmonopolet Hamar. Artworks on the glassware, frothy beige head remaining over a pretty black body. Indeed, good looking. Promising smell of roasted, earthy malts, semi-sweet. Earthy dark malty taste profile with notes of cocoa and chocolate. Coffee grounds to a roasted bitter ending. Much appreciated, Yuletide feel. (Tromsø 21.12.2020).

Black as the deepest winter night in the glass Also a fine beige head that leaves some fine curtains down the sides of the glass Ok intensity in the aroma Quite balanced and fine sweetness for a beer like this Smooth and fine carbonation level. Very easy to drink Also a well masked alcohol level Chocolate, roast, some coffee and dark malt in the flavor [Bottle at Café Nero in Trysil (Fageråsen), Norway]
