KYGG 130222. Red amber color with a beige head. Aroma is yeast, bread, caramel, dried fruits, fruit, roasted malt, grass, herbs. Ordinary beer.

Can. A clear one, dark amber to brown in color, and with a small off-white head on top. The aroma has a good dash of caramel, some dark dried fruit and little else. A decent roasted hint in the far back. It's medium bodied and quite dry on the palate, softly carbonated, with a roasted, fruity and caramel-ish flavor. Some grassy, herbal and yeasty hints towards the end. Rather useless as a Christmas beer this one. As anything actually. Not off though. 220213

440ml can, #160, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg in Bodø. Shared with Frau Eva. A covering beige head over a deep mahogany coloured body. Spotty lacing. Promising aromas of roasted mid-sweet malts. Dark malt-driven taste, dark chocolate, caramel, and bread. Plain roasted malty finish, semi-sweet. Drinks well. Decent bayer version. (Bodø Panorama 11.11.2020).
