In 1880 Henry Weston first started crafting cider from the bittersweet apples grown on his farm in Much Marcle, Herefordshire.
Over many years he refined the art of Herefordshire cider making. Today, Henry Weston Vintage Cider is crafted only from apples grown in a single year’s harvest in the three counties of Herefordshire, Gloucestershire & Worcestershire. The cider is then slowly matured in aged oak vats to deliver a smooth and rounded cider, with exceptional character.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Grovlam. Pours a clear - almost crystal clear - with a totally absent head. There’s a lightly astringent leathery aroma. Medium-bodied, lightly tart fruit notes, but the pear flavour is not that distinct. Lightly tart finish. 110108

50 cL bottle. Pours pale yellow, almost like water and with a fully diminished white head. Aroma is dry esteric with a slight perry note. Sweet and acidic perry flavour, slight candy like note. Goes towards an almost acidic finish. Citric in the very far finish.
