Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 9 | Overall - 7
Pine, grapefruit peel, and caramel malt aroma. Hazy dark amber with large light tan head. Very sweet orange caramel malt, and moderately bitter pine/grapefruit peel flavor. Nice balance - not overly sweet and hops rather subdued.

Draft at Goodwood. Dark, ruddy amber body, soft soapy beige head. Malty aroma, light sweetness, woody, barrel notes. Taste is sweet malt, followed by some hoppy bitterness and then the barrel bringing some boozy accents.
