Bottle. It pours a clear, dark golden body under a small, dense, white head. Citrusy, piney aroma with a little caramel and pale malts. It’s full-bodied and soft on the palate, with a pleasant carbonation. Nice bitterness in the flavor, with citrus peel, pine cones and a little maltyness. Mostly bitter finish with a solid dose of pine cones. I’ve not had many gluten free beers I can say I like, but this one is actually good. 131231
