Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are rich hops, peach. pine, flowers and malt.

Bottle. Slight hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, grainy, fruit, hop and earthy. Flavour is malt, fruit, grainy, little earthy, hop, little sweet, litle dusty and a little bitter.

Bland , average ale saved by the hops. Faint aroma and faint malt taste with nice hops kick on finish. Dry and chalky palate. Rich golden color with spare white head, decent lacing. Good for gluten allergies, but better IIPAs are available for those without allergies.

Bottle from Whole Foods in Folsom, CA. Pours amber gold with a slight white head. Nice hop aroma. Seems citrus. Med body. Nice hop burn. Lots of citrus/resin. Lots. Backbone seems lightly malty. Which is not literally possible. But this is likely to be the best gluten free thus far. Not a lot of support for the hops, but it works.

Purchased at Beermongers in Portland, OR. Drunk in the UK with my mum who has coeliac disease. Easily the best gluten free beer I’ve tried. I wouldn’t have known that it was GF and actually I think it’s better than Widmer’s regular IPA. I’m guessing a lot of high quality hops were used, because I couldn’t detect much beyond a bit of an astringent grain flavour which might have given away the substitute malts. Highly recommended for those who can’t have gluten!
