Bottle coming from Ostermundigen, opening it, yesterday, at home, before to pick up my daughter. Beautiful day and a welcoming and refreshing helles , basic but it is ok, smooth wheat, malt, watery, a bit fruity, light touch of hop, bitter, 05.05.23

hazy pale yellow colour, medium sized creamy white head; aroma of peach, pear, grass and slight citrusy notes;taste of metallic bittery notes and some matlyness, as well as minimal lemony notes; not bad

04.09.2019 -- 0.33l bottle from coop at thun hbf, 2.90 fr, bb 05.07.2020. pours a hazy pale golden with a dense head. aroma of apricots, wort. flavour of apricots, slight candy. quite dry and reminds of a witbier.
