Dieses bernsteinfarbige American Amber Ale ist ein süffiges Bier, das ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis zwischen Malz und Hopfen aufweist.

This bottle is coming from one Getränkmarkt, Ostermundigen. Trying this beverage after one afternoon at the EPFL in family. For me, it was rather a classical amber ale, brewed rather on the Amercian way, malty, bready, yeasty, note of nut, some bitterness, 01.05.23

hazy grey-ish orange to amber colour, large, dense and long lasting ecru head; aroma of orange zesty, grassy, herbal, piney and fruity (mainly pear) notes; taste of malty-fruity sweetness, bread crust, moderate citrusy and hoppy bittery notes; not bad at all

Gar nicht im Stil eines Schweizer Amber oder auch eines Irish Red, schmeckt fast mehr wie ein sehr mildes, spritziges Pale Ale.

Taster from tap at Simplyfine, Thun. Amber hazy color, small white head. Smells herbal, grassy, earthy, light blackberries. Nice smell. Medium to full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of blackberries, earthy, grassy, peppery, bit citric, herbal. Finishes light to medium bitter with notes of blackberries, grassy and earthy notes. Quite nice one, good stuff 7,4,7,3,15
