From the manora Freiburg during this spring. Opening this bottle yesterday for the birthday of my brother, at Epalinges. I could say a classical ipa, on the American way, generously malty, dry with a resinous, floral and aromatic hop, bitter and citrus, 20.11.21

opalescent orange colour, half inch of creamy ecru-ish white head; aroma of pear peel, canned apple, some peach, slight tropical fruity and biscuity notes; taste has similar notes as can be felt in the aroma with some hoppy bitterness; not bad, though quite far from being a good IPA

Appearance: Orange golden, slight haze. Some off-white head. Aroma: Light fruits, light hops. Taste: Good hops, slight malt, exotic fruits, strong bitterness. A bit harsh. Bought: Manor, 330 ml, CHF ?.?? Info: 3/8-2019, BB: 29/10-2019
