Auf unser untergäriges und edelherbes Pils mit deutlicher Hopfennote wäre auch Gründer Carl Dinkelacker stolz. Ihm zu Ehren trägt es bis heute seine Initialen im Namen. Unser größter Stolz gilt aber unseren Braumeistern. Dank ihnen schmeckt diese ganz besondere Pilsspezialität heute besser als je zuvor. Ihr Erfolgsrezept: viel Leidenschaft, beste regionale Zutaten und natürlich das ganz besondere Dinkelacker Brauverfahren. Der herbfrische Duft und die blumige Hopfenbittere entstehen durch feinsten Tettnanger Hopfen, der seine Geschmackseigenschaften im milden Bodenseeklima perfekt entfalten kann. Die ausgesuchten Malze und unser frisches Brauwasser verleihen dem Bier die einzigartige Charakteristik, die unser CD Pils bis heute einmalig macht.

0.5l can from rewe in weil. pours a clear pale golden with a big steady white head and a nice lacing. aroma of grass and apples. flavour of hay, honey, flowers, apples. is this a cider or what?

New Beer Distributors, NYC bottle: pours golden with crappy head. Aroma is light grass and sugar. Taste is light bitterness. Very easy to drink. Nothing at all special. Not bad though.

Golden color with a soapy white head with short duration. Aroma has notes of herbal hints with light cereal notes. Flavor is slightly malty, light bitterness. The final is slightly bittery with very light maltiness.

Bottle. Nice head with good suration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, grass, straw, hops and little flowers. Semi bitter finish.

Bottle from RSB, Lüneburg. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light hoppy - grass. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 100915

Bottle. Pours clear light golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with hoppy notes. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of yeast malty touches. Hints of paper in the otherwise bitter and estery aftertaste. Slightly watery despite the medium to high carbonation. Not bad but nothing really special.

Bottle, 4.9%. Fine floral hop aroma. Clear shiny golden colour. Good stable white head. The flavour is clean and crisp to begin with. Has a faint floral aroma hop in the flavour as well. The bitterness is slightly rough, but all in all a good pils.
