Als Spezialbier mit dem Bekenntnis zum naturnahen Lebensstil eingebraut, präsentiert sich Hadmar - das BIO Bier aufgrund von ausgewählten Malzsorten bernsteinfarben. Vordergründig sei an dieser Stelle auch seine ausgesprochene Milde, welche durch die mittlerweile seltene Gärung im offenen Bottich erreicht wird, erwähnt. Hopfenaromatisch im Antrunk, vollmundig im Körper und röstmalz-aromatisch im Abgang zum Wohle des wahren Biergenusses.

Bottled, 0.50l. Clear deep golden color with large frothy tan-like head, full lasting, good, good lacing and soft visible carbonation. Aroma is moderate biscuit malty with caramel notes, grainy, moderate herbal hoppy with hints of dried fruits and vanilla. Taste starts moderate sweet malty and fruity, followed by heavy grainy acidity and finished with average long heavy bitterness. Medium body, dry texture and soft carbonation in palate. Looks nice, tastes pretty decent...

Dieses Bier kann ich nicht nur deshalb empfehlen, dass ich es schon seit Jugendtagen kenne und es bio ist. Es ist ein malzbetontes Lager, das schon Richtung Wiener Lager geht (und das schon bevor dieser Bierstil wieder cool wurde), ohne übertrieben zu wirken. Es ist fein ausgeglichen und äußerst süffig. RBESG ’12, Bratislava. Grand Tasting at Richtar Jakub. 50cl Bottle. Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of sweet bready malts, corn. Flavour is corn, malts, hay, light bitter finish. Light-bodied.
