La longue vue représentée sur l’étiquette n’est pas anodine. Cette bière, nous sommes allés la chercher loin, très loin… Et pour cause, cette Indian Red Lager est une bière audacieuse. C’est une symphonie de 5 variétés de céréales qui lui confère son corps malté mélodieux. Il se marie subtilement à une amertume à peine audible, contrastée par un boucan aromatique houblonné. On y perçoit des notes de pin et de fruits de la passion, le tout se muant dans une partition d’un équilibre étonnant.

Good brewery and this beer is a classical IPA, malty for the style, aromatic and fruity with the hop, giving a nice sensation in the mouth, 20.11.18, at Epalinges, purchased, at the last comptoir Lausanne.

Eher ungewohnt hopfenbetont neben der üblichen Malzigkeit, besser als das normale Schweizer Amber

0.33l bottle thanks to Lore. Clean amber body with a white head. Aroma and taste of caramel, toast and a generous amount of berries. Much more fruity than the average vienna lager, but I don't mind. Nice one.

hazy orange to amber colour, large, creamy yellowish ecru head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma and taste of marmalade, caramel, rye bread, floral and fruity notes; good one

Appearance: Burnt orange, slightly hazy. Some off-white head.
Aroma: Sweet malt. Some fruits.
Taste: Red fruits, medium malt, some sweetness. Decent!
