clear mahogany colour, one inch of creamy beige-ish ecru head, which lasts for quite a few minutes; aroma of dried sour cherry, prune, some dark chocolate and roasted nutty notes; taste of dark chocolate, prune, sour cherry (juice or jam) and some toasted rye bread; not bad, though a bit watery

Dunkler, wenig süßer Beginn. Pappig, wenig malzig, eher trocken, unauffällig. Süffig. Okay. 10/9/8/8/7/9

Many thanks for this beer to CH-303. Malenka piana, kolor jasny jak na dunkela, aromat czekoladowy. W smaku przesadny karmel, krowki z Wadowic i mnostwo toffi, nie dla mnie te przytlaczajace cechy, za slodkie, jednoprofilowe.

Bottle. A malt-forward beer, yet not particularly dark or roasted. Not at all, actually, more like an amber. Quaffable and round. Not bad, clearly a better one of the Swiss macros.

This beer had a nice brown hue. It’s smell wasn’t rediculous, but the head was big and frothy, yet not long lasting. I would have to say this is a nicely balanced beer that I believe anyone could enjoy. If you are stranded in Switzerland and see this brew, give it a try as it is quite tastey.

Enjoyed with some fondue on the waterfront of Luzern. pours copper with tastes of plums and pears, roasted malt sweetness, and hints of soy sauce.

Bottled (thanks Bov!). Dark copper colour with small beige head. Aroma is very much cotton (!!!), caramel malts and hios, Flavour is caramel malts and overall very sweet. Not very much flavourwise except that, so a watery, but refreshing thing is what to expect....
