Vordergrund. Sowohl beim Brauen, als auch bei der Kalthopfung wurde
dieser Aromahopfen sorgsam eingesetzt, um seinen individuellen Charakter
herauszustellen. Ein einzigartiges Kellerpils für den besonderen Genuss.

Golden color, white head, short retention. Aroma with cerealish notes, good maltiness. Flavor is slightly sweet, raw cereal, notes, good maltiness. Slightly bittery final.

Tap at Drinksmith Frankfurt. Hazy bright golden color with a fine, thick head., Lemony nose, herbal, crisp malt. Great hop flavor, crisp malt, a tiny touch of DMS maybe but not mucu to worry about. A great modern pils. Love the Hallertau Blanc.

Draft @ En Öl & Whiskymässa 2017. Pours a slightly hay yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grassy hoppy aroma. Fruity malty grainy grassy hoppy citrus flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy grassy hoppy finish.

From tap at Naiv, Frankfurt. Clear pale yellow color with white head. Malty and hoppy aroma, grainy, grassy, citrusy fruity, light caramel. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle looks very simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, huge head. Fine fruity aroma. Starts mild with light sweetness, shy hoppy notes in the background, fruity notes of lemon. Finish still mild, maybe too mild. Okay.
