Sample (thanks omhper!). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is vanilla, marzipan, bitter almonds, vanilla and some slight marinated cherries with some roasted tones. Flavour is bitter almond with some liquorice, chocolate and some alcohol and roasted tones with.

ABV: 12.5%. Clear dark black - red brown colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, nutty, caramel, chocolate, coffee, almonds, coffee - mocha. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, chocolate, vanilla, almonds, dark malt, caramel, coffee - mocha. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft to flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20230324]

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Black, small brown head. Aroma of vanilla, caramel and marzipan. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel, coffee, syrup, bitter almonds, custard and marzipan. Warming mid bitter finish.

Can, 0.44l. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, nuts and vanilla. Pours almost black color with medium sized soapy brown head, poor lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts sweet and rich roasted malty and nutty with dark chocolate note, follows by caramel and vanilla, mouthfeel is warm alcoholic and mild spicy, while finish is average bitter. Full body, thick creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Hot stuff…

Burk vid badet med Peter wilhemshill. Efter två Dipor testar vi nu denna. Vad händer här då? Jag klunkar och lite 70% ig choklad känns nån sekund sen smakar det mandel . Blir ju lite torrt med mandel men visst choklad finns där också . Enkel imp stout . Bittermandel stout . Helt godkänd men ingen höjdare här inte.

Can via 100 piv. Full body, medium carbonation. Loads of dark malty character, lots of coffee, chocolate, also lots of almond, touch of vanilla. Very nice balance. Moderate warming presence, very pleasant though. Rich rewarding sipper, great beer.
