Citra "Oat Whip" DDH Double IPA. This Hazy Double IPA is brewed with Pilsner as the base malt, 50% Montana grown oats from Gallatin Valley Malt, and a dash of wheat. This rendition of our rotating single hop "Oat Whip" series is double dry-hopped exclusively with Citra at a rate of nearly 7lbs per barrel. Citrus juice... Accompanied by an extremely soft and creamy mouthfeel.

ABV: 8.5%. Muddy matt medium orange colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat - oat, moderate to heavy hoppy, pine, citrus, tropical fruit, dank. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, sweet fruit, fruit - vanilla - mineral - oat sweet, tropical fruit, dank, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20201224]

Medium body, fragrant, herbal. Creamy and hoppy, lots of citrus and pineapple, oats and wheat makevthis really fluffy. A bit of sweetness but robustly bitter, excellent.

From a pint can. Pours a cloudy straw with an off white head. Aromas of dank hay and tropical fruit. Flavors are sweet citrus milk shake with some bitter citrus rind.
