This Double IPA was designed to showcase the six different hops we added. Lots and lots of them. We then dry-hopped this Double IPA with even more–generous additions of Chinook and Citra hops to create a nose that hints at tangerine, mango, papaya and pine. This beer pairs extremely well with spicy foods and all kinds of seafood. And of course, it’s quite enjoyable all by itself.

12 ounce bottle. Honey gold color. Large rocky white head. Sweet crackery malt nose. Tropical fruit hops are subdued. Crisp, tart citrus hop flavor upfront. Notes of pineapple, apricot, tangerine and mango. Finishes with bitter, piney notes. Very drinkable for an IIPA.

Sampled from a bottle this beer poured a slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a large foamy yellow-white head that lingered and left good lacing. The aroma was tangy and sweet with sugar, tropical fruit and pineapple. The flavor was bitter, tangy and yeasty with pine, pineapple and tropical fruit. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied.

Way better than the last time, must have been skunked, but still lackluster flavor, not much citrus or anything really, slight hop.

Not much hop wise. It's okay.
