Like a clear night lit by stars, this silky Belgian-inspired stout balances light notes of fruit and sweetness with roasty malt. Inspired by late evenings spent around a crackling campfire, North Sky is brewed to merge lightness and darkness into a super-sippable stout.

Can 47,3 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque dark brown with an orange hue with a small and creamy, beige head. Soft roast aroma with a hint of vanilla. Rich, sweet roastiness with tad licorice. Smooth and creamy mouthfeel. Slightly malt bitter finish. Liquid licorice. 010425

Bottle from Beer Republic. Black with a beige ehad. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee and dark chocolate. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 190225

473mL can. Pours clear dark brown with small beige head. Has a solid profile of roasty malt and spicy Belgian yeast. Nice integration, good depth, full body. Good stuff.

Can.Dark brown colour with medium beige head.Aroma of dark dried fruits and coffee with cream nice roasted and toasted taste wit hint of dark dried fruits and caramel smooth and well balanced taste and mild finish.

Can from Great Grog. Dark brown body with a thick beige head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of berries and dark chocolate. Flavour of raisins and chocolate. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. A solid stout.

very dark, near-opaque beer with a thick, frothy off-white head. Toasty malt and a little fruit in the smell. Flavour has loads of sweet, toasty malt too, a little dried fruit, a hint of caramel, some chocolate, a bit of spice in here too. Nicely balanced, good body, very tasty.

Out of date and questionable storage, so not rating but my comments are not necessarily from that. Oddly light coloured and fruit forward, might have thought barleywine. Light roast, slightly earthy. LCI

Can at Allagash tasting. Dark brown color with medium beige head. Aroma of roasted and dark malts, chocolate, raisins, fruity notes. Taste was very similar. Nic eone.

Can. Malty aroma and taste, roastyness, chocolate, light berries fruit notes, medium bitter, light to medium sweet. Medium to full body, malty roasty fruity bitter sweet finish. Good.

Appearance is very dark brown, with a half-finger beige head. Aroma is chocolate, dark malt, dark fruit, hints of raisiny brown bread. Taste is chocolate, dark malt, creamy notes, spicy dark fruit, bit of old ale quality. Spicy yeasty finish. Trace of liquorice. Different, good.
