The dark site of pleasure. Fine bitter, fresh and rich in taste. Thanks to dark superior malt that provides the amber colour and the elegant smoothness.

Pours brown into the class with a creamy head. A very appealing aroma of rich roasted malts, caramel and nut greets the nose. Taste is malty, but with a distinct sourness that takes the beer in an unexpected direction. The underlying maltiness and unexpected sourness collide with the light hops bitterness in the finish. The palate is generally creamy and smooth throughout, with just the faintest watery note. Simple and unexciting. The beer is a promise unfulfilled, with a wonderful scent, but with the ingredients never reaching a harmonious conclusion. Still, this is not an unpleasant diversion.

Bottle. Clear dark orange/brown with a small white head that is soon gone. Aroma of malts and noble hops. Taste of malts, grains and earthy, herbal hops. Quite bitter. Waters. Strong carbonation. More like a dark Pils than a real Dunkel.

Bottle shared by dad. Clear red-brown color, average sized beige head. Smell and taste malts, nuts, dusty, lightly cardboard, musty. Average body and carbonation. Hmm is this intended? Not very good I must say.
