The dark site of pleasure. Fine bitter, fresh and rich in taste. Thanks to dark superior malt that provides the amber colour and the elegant smoothness.

On tap in Sirmione-Italy. Pours chestnut skin hazy, frothy huge off white head. Nose: burnt malt, a hint of smoked, esters as well. Mouth: bit of a watery feel in an overall adventurous interpretation of Dunkel style. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Clear golden amber color, delicate white head. Aroma of light caramel. Taste is a bit sweet, caramel malt, light herbs, subtle spice. Light body. One of the lighter dunkels out there I’m guessing.

Review based on the BJCP2008 guidelines (style 4B). Bottle 33 cl - Batch 211204. AROMA: bready and caramel malt aroma with a slight metallic note. no diacetyl. APPEARANCE: body of dark copper color and orange highlights. translucid. creamy ivory head with style average retention. TASTE: overall mildly sweet malty flavour with notes of caramel and slight bread crust. low bitterness with a medium-dry finish. no esters or diacetyl. PALATE: medium-low to low body with average carbonation. OVERALL: a not so bad dunkel that needs a bit more flavour intensity.
