The brew formerly known as “Pata Negra”, Le Cochon Noir Schwarzbier is bold and robust. A medley of roasted malts gives this dark lager a flavor profile of chocolate and subtle notes of coffee. This combination of flavors makes for a remarkably smooth and satisfying product that is perfect for any season.

Draught at Bad Brother: pours black with light beige head. Aroma is dark chocolate, dark bread, a coffee bean. Taste is lightly bitter, dryish. Smooth and pleasant.

12 ounce can. Barely translucent cola brown color. Large dense light tan head. Roasted malt nose hints at brewed coffee. Flavor is dark malt, coffee and milk chocolate. Some sweet toffee notes. Decent flavor.
