250ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Strawy, slightly bready, herbal-spicy and minimally citrusy aroma, hints of white bread crust, a touch of lemon balm and peanut, floral hoppy overtones. Taste is initially strawy, grainy and herbal-spicy, leafy, hints of white bread crust, mildewed toast, later minimally citrusy and slightly floral hoppy; rather watery throughout.

Bottle from Saveur Biere. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, light yeasty and moderate hoppy - grass. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 070218

Bottle at home. Hazy straw with white head. Bready malts, soft yeast, a bit of lemon. It seems almost like there’s a bit of wheat in it as it has such a bready character, but more like very fresh bread. Soft bitter hoppy finish with a dusty herbal touch and just medium sweet malty. Medium bodied. OK.
