Het beste van Duitsland en Amerika voor het eerst samen in één bier. Better Together is een echte Duitse weizen maar dan met vier Amerikaanse hopsoorten en dry-hop. Door gebruik te maken van gist van de Weihenstephaner stam, behouden we de echte weizen smaak en -geur. De Citra / Simcoe dry-hop zorgt vervolgens voor het echte Amerikaans tintje. Een goed Rigters biertje smaakt beter als je hem samen drinkt met vrienden.

Bottle. Golden color. Slightly herbal citric aroma. Grass, hint of tea, lemon powder. Sweetish, almost powdery citric flavor. Hint of banana. Zuurballen. Pleasant.

33cl bottle
Hazy pale golden color, frothy white head with good retention. Aroma has wheaty notes, slightly citrus. Flavor is citrusy, yeasty and light bittery. Bittery and yeasty final. High carbonation.

Bottle shared with Koelschtrinker. A slightly hazy golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of floral, grassy hops, some wheat. Taste of floral dry grassy hops, citrus, wheat, good.

Stark karbonisierter, etwas säuerlicher Beginn. Mild würzig, hefige Fehlnoten, leicht herb. Nuancen von Kräutern. 9/6/7/6/9/7

Bottle at home from trade with Bierkoning. Clear golden with very big white head. Lemon, citrusy hops, those hard traditional lemon candies, apple juice, soft berries, wheat. Light sweet and bitter with a soft sour wheat touch. Under medium bodied with a lot of carbonation. Not bad at all even though it’s nothing like a German weizen. Actually I guess that makes it better... Only downside is that picture of a smiling Trump on the label.

Bottle [from trade with RW80] @ home. Hazy orange color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, wheat, a slight sort of sharp orangepeel citrussy tart and a slight hint of bitter. Average to medium body, decent to medium carbonation. Hmm not great imo.
