on tap at basel craft beer messe. pours a clear chestnut with a medium steady head. aroma of sour grape skins, caramel. flavour of yellow fruits, caramel, lemon, wood, butter. slightly astringent woody finish.

Hell herber, minimal säuerlich malziger Antrunk. Wenig würzig, insgesamt sind die Aromen eher schwach. Kurzer Nachhall. 7/7/7/7/9/7
