330ml can. Hazy, purple colour with small to average, frothy, slowly diminishing, minimally lacing, pink-ish head. Lactic and fruity aroma, hints of sauerkraut, a touch of raspberry, morello. Taste is tart, fruity, minimally lactic, hints of raspberry and morello, a touch of sauerkraut, citric acid, subtle residual sweetness. Watery texture, minimally astringent palate, fine carbonation. Well balanced, controlled tartness, restricted fruitiness - OK.
