Cask at the Peterborough beer Festival 2018. A nut brown coloured pour with a loose dirty tan head. Aroma is sweet jammy fruits, strawberry, brown sugars, maple. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, brown sugars, bark, toasted bread and jam. Palate is semi sweet light tang, woody tannin, lowish carbonated.

25/5/2018. Cask at the 2018 Newark Beer & Cider Festival. Pours cloudy mid to dark brown with minimal beige head. Aroma of chocolate, malt, yeast, banana, liquorice and dark fruits. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Dry finish.

Tried at the Newark CAMRA beer festival 2018. Hazy deep brown colour with a thin tan head. Aroma yeasty and light liquorice. Taste light bittersweet. Medium to full body.
